The Behavioral Construction Management e-Centre consists of academic researchers and professionals seeking to improve the behavioral management techniques used by various construction professionals in the industry, to achieve an excellence in the quality of construction products, whilst also meeting the dynamic expectations of the external environment.

 

Vision
 

 

Value Management - to aspire the systematic management concept with various management techniques in participative decision making processes for stimulating/resolving conflict, setting/implementing specific values and goals and ensuring the participants commitment to achieve the dynamic objectives of the client in terms of utility/valence of basic value, expectation (goal) and final outcome.

Stress management - to optimize the stress level of construction professionals and the performance of construction projects via appropriate individual coping behaviors and organisational support in the entire estimation process.

Construction Education - to ensure the quality of construction education with appropriate teaching and learning styles to foster the outstanding professionals who will lead the industry out of the present difficulties in the new generation.
