Ms. Laurie Dennis has given an extensive briefing on the role of creativity in Value Management (VM) to the participants. To start the seminar, Ms. Dennis has introduced the brief history of VM in the United State. Then, she moved on to focused on the purpose, definition and application of creativity in the VM process, especially in the function analysis and the creativity analysis phases. In addition, the VM trends and VM certification systems (e.g. AVS, VMP, CVS) in the United States were introduced at the end of the seminar.

Ms. Laurie Dennis is a president of the RH & Associates, Inc. She was also a past President of SAVE International and a current director of the SAVE Certification Board (CVS qualification) and a qualified facilitator on the Transportation Improvement Board.
