Large projects often apply Value Management (VM) techniques. However, those techniques suitable for large and complex projects might not be adoptable to those small projects. During the seminar, a number of international projects were illustrated on how various innovative value management techniques, such as such as function cost model, operational cost model, quality model, risk model, space model, and time model, etc, were used to optimize value. In addition, issues including security, maintainability, sustainability and constructability of various project case studies were being analyzed in this seminar.
